Mahalo Disney! May 3, 2002 14 out of 16 found this review helpful
Finally Disney wen touch on da' Hawaiian culture. I am soo excited about this one. Hurd about dis one years ago from my late father who was excited to find out about the movie and the little hula girl, and that his friend was going to be a part of this cartoon. Nobody else to sing and represent the Hawaiian folks better than Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu, out of Oakland Ca, Na Mele Hula Ohana. You go Mark, congrats! I know my father is looking down on this movie and very proud, as we all know he loved his home and where he came from. Lilo is a very cute little girl and well represented, I am looking forward to the movie and the sound track. Aloha nui!

Lilo & Stitch this summer's blockbuster March 16, 2002 6 out of 16 found this review helpful
First off I would rate this movie five stars but since it's not out yet I havn't seen it. But I'm sure this will be the biggest hit Disney had since the Lion King. The plot and charactors are pretty awesome and personally I think Stitch is adorable go to the teaser site at Disney and you'll see what I mean. For you newbies out there who haven't heard about this movie here's a quick lesson. Expermint 626 has escaped the intergalatic police by stealing a police space ship and crashes on earth Hawaii to be precise. After getting hit by a truck (Since he is super strong he's fine without a scratch) he winds up at the local pound. The con alien pretends to be a puppy and gets adopted by a odd but spunky little girl named Lilo who lives with her sister. She names him Stitch and takes him home. Meanwhile the scientist Jumba who created Stitch and with a one eye officer go to earth to recapture Stitch who once was designed to be a destroyer of cities is now learning to be part of a family. I think this movie will do Disney some good due to the money loss of Atlantis. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with Lilo & Stitch except waiting for it's release!

A 5 year old named Lilo REALLY wants a pet. But in space, an alien named Stitch gets captured by the alien police. He escapes. He crashlands on earth. He makes himself look like a dog. When Lilo goes to the pet store, she adopts Stitch. Everyone thinks he will be a BIG BIG problam. The alien police are now looking for Stitch.I BEG YOU SEE THIS NEW MOVIE. IT SOUNDS SUPER!
